Jerry A. Botts is Principal Broker and Auctioneer with over 36 years of experience in the Real Estate and Auction profession. He began his career as an apprentice appraiser under the supervision of William H. Grissom, MAI here in Glasgow, Kentucky. Jerry received his Real Estate Sales and Auctioneer Licenses in 1972, acquired Broker's License in 1978 and received his GRI designation in 1982 from the Kentucky Association of Realtors. He has served both as President for the local Board of Realtors and as Director of the Kentucky Association of Realtors. He served two terms as Vice President of the Kentucky Association of Realtors and as RPAC Trustee. He opened the current office at 217 Columbia Avenue, Glasgow, Kentucky in 1992. When Jerry makes it away from the office, he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his grandchildren.

Joey graduated from Glasgow High School in 1987 and received his Civil Engineering Degree in 1992 from the University of Kentucky. Prior to returning to Glasgow in 1993, he worked as Field Superintendent for Gray Construction in Raleigh, North Carolina. Joey, who has worked in construction all his life, is currently Manager of Jerry A. Botts Construction, Inc. He attended the Ward Elliott Institute of Real Estate and received his Real Estate license in March of 2001. Joey's extensive background in the residential and commercial construction industry is a great asset to the Real Estate business. Joey, along with his wife Leigh Anne and their three children, Griffin, Grayson and Anne Peyton, are life long residents of Glasgow, Kentucky.

Spencer graduated from Glasgow High School in 1992 and attended the University of Kentucky. He has worked in the construction business locally for over 10 years. He attended the Ward Elliott Institute of Real Estate and earned his Real Estate license in March 2001. Spencer is currently Job Supervisor for Jerry A. Botts Construction, Inc. His background and experience in the home building field have complimented his real estate career. Spencer is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast. He and his wife, Julie, and daughters, Hayden and Ashton, are proud to call Glasgow home.

Kim, a Barren County native, graduated Barren County High School and attended Western Kentucky University pursuing a career in Elementary Education. She taught kindergarten at Barren County Christian School and taught preschool at Immanuel Baptist Nursery School. She recently graduated from the Ward Elliott Institute of Real Estate and received her license October 2003. In her spare time, Kim enjoys camping and trips with her family. She is also an avid reader. Kim resides with her husband, Danny, and two children, Shane and Autumn, in the Barren County area. She looks forward to assisting you in any way she can.

With a background in Accounting and Office Management, Debbie has managed the accounting for Botts Real Estate for 32 years. Since opening the current office at 217 Columbia Avenue, Glasgow, Kentucky in 1992 she has served as secretary-treasurer, office manager, accounts manager and advertising consultant. When Debbie is not at work she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, scrapbooking, & exercising.
